Svalbard sits at 78° north — a remote Arctic archipelago, closer to the North Pole than to mainland Norway, and as far north as people live year-round. The Gulf Stream keeps it just liveable. For a polar trip, it's hard to beat. You get sea ice, big glaciers, mountains, and wildlife within a single crossing, and the seasons change the terrain completely from one trip to the next. We run three main expeditions here, plus bespoke trips for groups, families, and scientists. Choose carefully.
